By accessing or using Selph ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Selph is an AI-powered image generation platform that uses your reference photos to generate realistic images of you or your brand for marketing, advertising, and social media content.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • All activity that occurs under your account
  • Providing accurate information during registration

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Selph to:

  • Generate images of real people without their explicit consent
  • Create deceptive, defamatory, or harmful content
  • Produce content that violates any applicable law or regulation
  • Generate sexually explicit content
  • Infringe the intellectual property rights of others
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the reference photos you upload. You own the generated images produced using your account. By uploading photos, you grant Selph a limited license to process them solely to provide the Service. We do not use your images to train AI models.

6. Subscriptions and Credits

Selph offers paid subscription plans billed monthly. Credits refresh on your billing anniversary. Unused credits do not roll over. Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.

7. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that generated images will meet your specific requirements or that the Service will be error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Selph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
